LONG DOCUMENTS
Turn a long note into a multi-page PDF
Convert a long note into a multi-page PDF. Check wrapping, blank lines and page breaks, handle the 100-page limit, and recover safely after a failed export.
Paste the note without adding manual page breaks
A long note can flow onto more than one page. You do not need to insert a break after a certain number of words. The converter measures text with the selected font, wraps each line to the available width and starts another page when the current one is full.
Existing newlines remain meaningful. A blank line between paragraphs creates visible space. A note with many blank lines can therefore use more pages than a continuous paragraph of the same character count. The tool does not silently remove that spacing to reduce the file.
Review more than the first page
For a long document, the beginning is only part of the check. Inspect a page in the middle, a boundary between paragraphs and the end of the document. The page indicator tells you both the current page and the total.
- Keep the original note in its source app or text file.
- Paste the note, choose a readable layout, then create the PDF preview.
- Use Next PDF page to inspect long lines, indentation and the continuation onto the next page.
- Check the last page for the final sentence and any trailing notes.
- Download the PDF and search for phrases from the beginning, middle and end in a PDF reader.

Long URLs and tabular text have limits
If a line contains spaces, the layout prefers a space as the wrap position. If a URL or other word is too long to fit by itself, it splits across lines. The characters remain in the PDF, but the visual line break can make a copied URL inconvenient. Check important URLs in the downloaded file before sending it.
Tabs expand to spaces at four-column stops. With the monospace font, simple aligned text may stay easier to follow. Wide tables can still wrap and lose their intended visual columns. There is no automatic table detection, landscape mode or column-width control.
A heading can fall near the bottom of a page because this tool treats all input as plain text. It does not recognize headings or keep a heading attached to the following paragraph. If you need those publishing rules, use a word processor rather than trying to force them with a large number of blank lines.
Recover from a limit or interrupted export
The limits are 200,000 characters, a 1 MB TXT upload and 100 PDF pages. A document can reach any one of these first. When it exceeds the page limit, no partial PDF is offered. The text stays in the editor so you can adjust the layout or split it into smaller documents.
Generating a PDF takes place in a browser worker. A busy indicator shows that the operation is running. If it takes too long, the tool stops that attempt and invites you to retry with a smaller section. Editing the text or changing a setting cancels the previous result and requires a fresh preview.
Clear text has an Undo clear option while you remain in the tab. Refreshing or closing the tab clears that temporary recovery state. The website stores neither the input nor the PDF as a saved draft, so keep your own copy.
