For a conversion issue

• Include your browser name and version, and whether you used a phone or computer.
• Copy the error message and mention the chosen paper, font size and margins.
• Use a short synthetic example that reproduces the issue. Do not send passwords, financial details or private documents.
• If the problem concerns a downloaded file, describe the PDF reader you used.

For a correction or privacy question

Include the page URL and what needs correcting, or describe the privacy request. We do not operate a document-upload support form. The email link opens your own mail application.
